Shipping policy

After you have successfully placed your order with Royal Cathay, your order will be confirmed within 24 hours , and you will receive a confirmation email containing order details.

All orders are processed within 7-12 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information once your order is shipped. The tracking number will be active within 2 business days.

If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier and email support@royalcathay.com to request assistance. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
